Madeline Dopp's fifth place finish led all Hamline runners at the St. Catherine Invite October 8 in St. paul. The sophomore toured the 5K course in 19:26.54. a mere three seconds out of fourth place. Meg Griffin came in ninth in 19:36.91. Alyssa Nash and Kathleen Miles came in 13th and 14th respectively, finishing within a second of each other. Nash was clocked in 19:50.57 and Miles came in at 19:51.02. Holly Hankins was the fifth scorer, finishing 19th in 19:57.87. 

All five HU runners scored PRs. 

Hamline finished third in the team competition with 60 points, better conference rivals Macalester and Augsburg. 

The Pipers have one last meet prior to the October 29 MIAC CC meet. They will run at Wisconsin-La Crosse on Saturday, October 15.
