Hamline's men's track and field team recorded seven first and nine second place finishes and that was enough to hold off St. Olaf and Carleton to win a triangular meet in Northfield Friday. The Pipers' final total of 116 was well ahead of the Oles, who had 92. Carleton was third with 78.Â
HU got victories from Dylan Olson (60 Hurdles), Thane Widmer (400 Meters), Isaac Krause (600 Meters, pictured), Eric Dols (Weight Throw), Travis Jacobsen (Shot Put), Bakari Johnson(Triple Jump) and Steve Zingheim (Pole Vault). Dols also had a impressive second in the Shot Put. Tom Larson came in second in the 60 Meters and Sam Jewson did the same in the Mile.Â
