Hamline used speed and strength to record three second and two third place finishes to end up in fifth place after Day 2 of the MIAC Indoor Track & Field meet in Moorhead.
Eric Hansen sped his way to a second place standing in the 60 Hurdles (8.63 seconds).
Tom Larson (pictured) duplicated that finish in the 60 Meters with a 7.00 clocking.
Joey Grussing also had a runnerup effort when he recorded a 53-7 ¾ in the Weight Throw.
Isaac Krause continued his excellent freshman season when he came in third in the 800 Meters in 1:58.2
Jordan Steward was third in the High Jump with a 6-4 effort.
Will Warmka was eighth in the 400 Meters (50.93);
Emmanuel Kormah was ninth in the Long Jump (20-11) and senior
Chris Gill was 10
th in the 5000 Meters (15:35.96).
Hamline finished the day with 40 points, one behind fourth place Concordia.
