James Logan's 39th place finish led Hamline's 18th place finish at the NCAA D-III Central Regional Cross Country meet held at Pella, Iowa. The junior negotiated the 8K course in 26:42.1. Sam Jewson, a sophomore, was next in for the Pipers with a 75th place effort (27:33.3). He was followed by freshman Tony Duchenes (112th, 28:15.5), soph Anthony Paladie (127th, 28:34.3) and a freshman, Kyle Merhof (136th, 28:46.4).

As a team, HU finished with 489 points, ahead of MIAC foes Augsburg and Concordia in the 25 team field.
